ACTON LOWER’S BIGGEST COMMON!
Check this out for a common, the largest common in Acton Lower Lake, as landed by Ivan Ellison as part of a two-fish catch during a 72-hour session.
The 38lb 8oz common was backed up by a 34lb 12oz mirror, both caught from a spot at 40 yards over a spread of mixed-sized SLK boilies.
The 57-year-old from Manchester caught one fish on an 18mm SLK Corker wafter and the other on a 15mm SLK bottom bait.
