CATCHING BIG COMMONS ON THE BUG!
Luke Church took the opportunity to spend a weekend session on his tricky Norfolk syndicate and got the reward his efforts warranted, snaring commons of 39lb 12oz and 35lb 6oz as part of a seven-fish catch!
Luke said: “After a very quiet summer of angling, due to other commitments, I was very pleased to get out recently for a weekend and have a decent result on my tricky Norfolk syndicate, landing seven fish in total.
“After landing two on the first night, I was feeling confident! The second night then yielded a further five fish, with only one hour’s sleep, but it was well worth the effort. The catch was made up of one double, four twenties and commons of 35lb 6oz and 39lb 12oz.
“All fish were caught over a large spread of Bug boilies which had been pre-soaked in the matching Bug Amino Smoke. Hookbaits were all PB wafters that had also been pre-soaked in the matching PB Intense Booster.”
