School’s almost out, which means one thing… more time on the bank!

For thousands of young anglers across the country, the summer holidays mean early mornings, late nights and countless opportunities to catch carp and make memories.

With so many talented young anglers coming through the ranks, we know this summer could uncover the next generation of carp-fishing stars. That’s why we’re launching DNA Baits: Next Gen – our search for the young anglers and content creators who stand out from the crowd.

If you’ve got a passion for carp fishing, enjoy creating content and dream of representing one of the biggest brands in the sport, this is your chance.

Not only could you win a 12-month DNA Baits consultancy, but there are also weekly prizes up for grabs throughout the competition.

COMPETITION DETAILS:

• Open to anglers aged 11-16 (inclusive).

• Competition runs from Friday 17th July until Sunday 6th September (inclusive).

HOW TO ENTER:

Simply send us every catch report made using DNA Baits products during the competition period (17th July to 6th September), along with any content you’ve created from your session.

This can include:

• Photos

• Videos

• Product shots

• Session clips

• Reels

• Anything else that helps tell the story of your fishing

Top Tip: Don’t just tell us what you caught – tell us the story! The more detail, personality and effort you put into your reports, the more likely they are to stand out.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re not simply looking for the biggest carp or the most fish caught. We’re looking for young anglers who inspire us, whether that’s through their photography or videography, or through their personality and passion for the sport.

Show us the sort of content that makes people want to grab their gear and head for the bank.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ENTER?

As many times as you like!

Every session is another opportunity to impress us.

Whether you’re fishing every day or every weekend, keep sending your catches and content in throughout the summer.

Consistency, creativity and quality could all play a big part.

THE PRIZES

Weekly Winners: Every week throughout the competition we’ll choose one standout entrant.

Each weekly winner will receive:

£50 DNA Baits Voucher – to spend on the DNA Baits website.

The Overall Winner: At the end of the competition, one young angler will be crowned DNA Baits Next Gen Champion and awarded a full 12-month DNA Baits Consultancy, including:

• Monthly DNA Baits allowance for 12 months

• The opportunity to represent DNA Baits

• A chance to become part of the DNA family

Please note: You do not have to win a weekly prize to become the overall winner, so keep those entries coming right until the closing date.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I’VE WON?

Throughout the summer we’ll be sharing as much of your content as possible across the official DNA Baits social media channels.

We’ll also feature additional entries in the dedicated DNA Baits Community Group, giving you even more opportunity to get your fishing seen.

Weekly winners will be announced during the competition, with the overall winner revealed during the second week of September.
