END-OF-SEASON HIT CAPPED BY 41-POUNDER
Dave Gostelow rounded off his season on the Monks Pit syndicate in some style, landing eight fish from eight bites, including a mega 40lb-plus mirror!
Topping Dave’s session was a cracking-looking fish known as Finns at 41lb 8oz, which was backed up by three thirties and a few twenties to 29lb.
Solid bags were the order of the day for Dave, who used trimmed-down Crayfish wafters amongst Crayfish Mini Mix pellets heavily soaked in Hot Hemp Oil, Betastim and Calanus Hydro.
