Having rejoined this particular venue after two years away, the 37-year-old tattoo artist had a great spring, landing a string of fish, but is now starting to get amongst the big ’uns, with this 39lb 4oz common the highlight of the campaign so far.
Grant has been targeting areas of low-lying weed with PB pop-ups on hinged stiff rigs over a baited area of 12mm and 15mm Bug boilies pre-soaked in Bug Hydro Spod Syrup and then dusted in Insect Meal.
