It was a case of go big or go home for Shane Hull when he visited Lac du Charlou in France, as he managed just one fish for his efforts, but what a fish, a colossal common of 67lb 8oz!
The 33-year-old from London fished to an overhanging tree in 17ft of water at 120 yards, where he offered a white Secret 7 Half Tones pop-up over a 2kg spread of 15mm and 18mm Secret 7 boilies.
