Jason Walker’s hand-rolled S7 pop-ups
In 2017, Jase Walker caught two of the most-sought-after fish in the South, Son of Triple Row and the Twin, both at 46lb-plus, from the ultra-difficult Dinton Pastures White Swan in Berkshire.
Both fish fell to Jase’s hand-rolled, meshed S7 cork-ball pop-ups, the process behind which had until now been kept under wraps. In this video, Jase reveals exactly how he makes his hookbaits and what he does to them afterwards to make them impervious to the attentions of small fish and crayfish.
