LANGHOLME RECORD SMASHED!
A change back to the trusted Secret 7 couldn’t have been better timed for Shaun Green, as it resulted in his first UK forty and a brand-new lake record on the Langholme syndicate in North Lincolnshire.
Known as the Male, the fast-growing fish tipped the scales at a massive 46lb, smashing Shaun’s personal best in the process!
Shaun had decided to put out a dozen Spombs of crumbed S7 and Bug, along with 8mm Bug and 12mm S7, mixed in with some Bug pellets, corn and S7 Hydro Spod Syrup, and received the bite on a trimmed-down white S7 Half Tones pop-up tipped with maggots.
