MID-40 TOPS 11-FISH HIT AFTER LAST IN DRAW!

Coming last out in the draw at Willow Lake on the Old Mill complex wasn’t the best start to a 48-hour social, but that didn’t deter Ian Still, as he ended up with an 11-fish catch and a 40-pounder for his efforts!
Opting for a swim in the centre of the lake, Ian targeted a firm, shallow area and baited with a mixture of whole and chopped Secret 7 boilies, Crayfish Mini Mix pellets and Secret 7 Liquid Food.
After kicking things off with a stockie mirror, Ian topped up the spot and the bites kept coming, with the highlight of the trip being a 44lb 12oz common, backed up by a 31lb 6oz mirror and a number of twenties.
