MORE MONKS MAULING FOR PERRY!
Perry Alabaster gave the Monks Pit carp another spanking this week, recording a second-successive double-figure hit on the Cambridgeshire syndicate following on from his 12-fish catch at the start of the month.
This week, the majority of Perry’s fish were made up of twenties, with the pick of them spinning the needle round to 29lb 10oz, which came during some miserable, wet conditions.
The Bug came up trumps for Perry once again, with Hard Hookers fished over a mixture of Big crumb and Crayfish Maxi and Mini Mix pellets, all coated in Bug Liquid Food, getting the bites.
