History repeats itself!

It was very much a case of history repeating itself for Jim Starr during his latest visit to his Cambridgeshire syndicate water, as he landed the lake’s big girl for the second time, coming on exactly the same week of the year and on the same bait as when he last caught it in 2018!

Last time it weighed a few ounces over 50lb, whereas this time it was 49lb 12oz, but on this occasion it did come during the hours of daylight, which enabled Jim to get a better picture.

As with its previous capture, the fish fell to a Secret 7 pop-up, which Jim fished over a bed of Secret 7, Switch and Bug boilies, corn and pellets, all coated in Secret 7 Hydro Spod Syrup.
