NICKY OVER THE MOON WITH KING OF THE POND
A post-Christmas trip to Chase Lakes saw Nicky Mills rewarded with a fish he had been after since he first started fishing the Dagenham venue, the mighty Moonscale at 40lb 8oz.
Considered to be the king of the pond, the cracking old mirror was joined on the bank by a 34lb common and another mirror of 28lb 8oz during a productive spell of action.
Nicky put his faith in his ever-faithful 12mm Milky Malt pop-ups, fished over a mixture of 8mm Bug and Switch boilies, along with a some Bug pellets.
