NORTH LAKE FORTY CAPS EIGHT-FISH HIT!

Billy Morris loves his time on the Elphicks complex in Kent, and it’s not difficult to see why, as his last session yielded eight fish from 10 bites, including one of the North Lake’s coveted forties.

Six of Billy’s fish came off the surface, including three thirties to 35lb 15oz, after he got them feeding on BetaStim Floaters, with trimmed-down SLK Corker pop-ups doing the bites.

The highlight of the trip, however, came to big-fish bottom-bait tactics of SLK dumbbells soaked in SLK Hydro Spod Syrup and dusted in Krill Meal, combined with SLK pellets and some hemp. A session-topping 42lb 12oz mirror proved Billy’s offering too much to resist!
