OFF THE DECK AND UP IN THE WATER!

Dave Gostelow was straight back amongst the fish on the Monks Pit syndicate when it reopened after spawning, snaring six on a couple of different tactics.
The pick of Dave’s catch tipped the scales at 33lb, with the rest made up of twenties.
Dave targeted the deck with blow-back rigs baited with Bug Hard Hookers tipped with pink, which he presented over a mixture of Bug chops and crumb, all soaked in Calanus Hydro and Hot Hemp Oil. He also had a few on zigs, using hookbaits that he had soaked in Hot Hemp Oil and then dipped in Krill Meal before casting out.
