Shane Clarke admitted he was shocked to see one of the prettiest fish in Naseby Reservoir slip over his net cord during a recent 24-hour session on the Northamptonshire res.
Known as Arabic and weighing in at 32lb, it was one of three fish landed by the 42-year-old and also a new personal best to boot!
“Fishing is always tough when fishing a 90-acre lake, as the fish never seem to show during the winter, so it was a shock to see one of the prettiest fish in the lake pop over the net cord,” said Shane.
