We follow Lee Morris as he is joined by Vinny Pritchard to revisit a venue he had not stepped foot on since filming here with the late, great Iain Macmillan a few years ago.
Hams Hall Fishery is a beautiful syndicate venue in Birmingham, its banks adorned by cabins to guarantee maximum comfort to visiting anglers, but it wasn’t just the salubrious setting that attracted Moz and Vinny to this venue; it was the many stunning and, in some cases, extremely large carp that swim within its blue waters.
Over the course of this 55-minute film, the lads introduce us to some of the latest products added to the DNA range this year, including the Amino Smoke, the Crayfish Heavy Bag and Feeder Mix, the Crayfish Hydro Spod Syrup and the yellow and orange Half Tones hookbaits, as they go in search of these aforementioned Hams Halls stunners.
This is one of those films that needs watching to the end, as it builds up to the most heart-warming climax thanks to a few interventions from the heavens and a certain much-missed Mr Tong. If you stick around, you might even get the see Mozza imitating Tong’s legendary Drainpipe dance, but the question is, does he do it justice?
