Returns Policy

DNA BAITS LTD – RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be confident when ordering from DNA Baits. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns work for clothing, bait products, and any faulty items, as well as where to send returned goods.

If you have any questions before returning an item, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

 

1. General

DNA Baits aims to provide a fair and consistent returns process. The options available depend on the product type you have purchased, and are governed by our Terms & Conditions. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us first with photos/evidence so we can help.
We offer 14-day returns across our range, with the exception of freezer baits which cannot be returned. Successful returns can be compensated with a refund or points credit – whichever you choose.

2. Clothing

If you want to return clothing:

  • The item must be returned undamaged and with all tags intact.
  • We do not offer size swaps/exchanges — you will need to place a new order for the correct size.
  • Once we receive the return, we’ll either issue a refund or credit your points account — whichever you prefer.

 

3. Bait Items

Bait products (excluding freezer bait) can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please inform us of the return via info@dnabaits.com, and return the package to the returns address above.

Requests for replacement items due to faults or damage must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via the details at the top of this page. Replacement items will only be sent out following evidence of the item being damaged or faulty.

 

4. Freezer Boilies

Due to the nature of the product, Freezer bait products cannot be returned once shipped.

 

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If the item is damaged/faulty, upload or email clear photos/evidence.
  3. We’ll confirm whether the return is accepted and provide any required return instructions.
  4. Send the item back to the address above securely packaged.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we’ll process the refund or points credit.

 

6. Refund Method

  • Refund: Returned items will be refunded via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Points Credit: You may opt to receive the returned amount as points in your DNA Baits account instead of a cash refund.

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is confirmed damaged or faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

8. Warranties & Guarantees

We do not offer any additional warranties or guarantees outside those already covered within our Terms & Conditions.
