ROY BANKS TARGET FISH AFTER TACTICAL SWITCH!
A very nice-looking 28lb mirror and a target fish for Roy Ferguson from Maidstone, caught during a 48-hour session on his syndicate water after making a tactical switch!
“After a fruitless first night, I switched from bright hookbaits to something a bit more subtle after seeing fish on the spot,” said Roy.
“Small SLK pop-ups were attached to the rigs and sent back out to the spots, resulting in two early-morning bites, this one being the pick of them and a carp that had also been top of the wish list for a few years now!”
Roy fished his SLK pop-ups tight to a snaggy overhang and baited over the top with 12mm Bug boilies and some particles that had been soaking in Bug Liquid Food.
