SEVEN FISH & NEW PB IN A NIGHT – IN JANUARY!
If you haven’t made it out on to the bank in 2023 yet, you are missing a trick, as we are being inundated with an unprecedented amount of catch reports for the time of year.
Jason Dowling experienced his greatest night’s winter fishing ever just last night, racking up seven fish in total from the Unity Lake syndicate lake on the Linear Fisheries complex, including his first thirty of the year at 36lb 8oz and capped by a brand-new personal best in the form of Apollo at 42lb 10oz.
“I’m absolutely blown away with this one,” said a bleary-eyed Jason, who couldn’t believe how well and how fast the fish responded to his bed of 12mm and crumbed-up Bug boilies, hemp and maize, which he soaked in Calanus Hydro and Bug Hydro Spod Syrup. The ever-faithful 12mm PB pop-ups fished over the bait did all Jason’s bites.
