Springing into action!
After a few blanks during winter, Ash Turner kicked off the spring in superb fashion with a stunning-looking common from his syndicate venue.
The golden common weighed in just shy of the 30lb mark at 29lb 7oz and was Ash’s first fish of the year.
A 12mm SLK pop-up that Ash glugged in Hot Hemp Oil was enough to tempt the fish into feeding.
