Chris Reilly’s annual birthday social between Christmas and New Year didn’t disappoint, throwing up some beautiful scaly mirrors to ensure he rounded off the year and celebrated his birthday in style.
The 37-year-old from Watford, who was doing a 72-year-old session on his Embryo Angling Habitats syndicate water, picked off a number of fish to low twenties, despite the conditions being against him and his friends.
Targeting a plateau at 15 wraps, Chris fished PB wafters amongst a regularly topped-up bed of Bug chops and pellets that he had glazed in the awesome Calanus Hydro.
