THORPE LEA HAULER MAKES IT 89 FISH IN 7 NIGHTS
Leonard Cooper has concluded his incredible July campaign on Thorpe Lea with another staggering haul of 29 fish in 48 hours, taking his tally to 89 carp in the space of seven nights on the Surrey day-ticket venue.
The 28-year-old from Otford only got on Secret 7 last month, but the results he has had in that time have been nothing short of sensational!
For this session, Leonard fished at 21 wraps from peg 43 and landed mirrors to 29lb 10oz and commons to 27lb.
This time Leonard mixed some SLK with his Secret 7, keeping the spot regularly topped up throughout the session and the fish just came coming back for more, snaffling his 10mm PB pop-ups fished inside solid bags of Crayfish Mini Mix pellets.
