TWO FORTIES IN 12-FISH OLD MILL FEBRUARY HIT!
Roger Bacon has turned his attentions to the Old Mill complex in Lincolnshire for the time being and it hasn’t taken him long to get amongst them!
Making the most of the good February conditions, Roger racked up an impressive 12-fish haul from 14 bites, with the highlights being a 41lb 14oz common and a 40lb 2oz mirror, which were backed up by two thirties to 36lb and some cracking scaly mirrors.
Roger kept his baiting minimal, fishing over a few Spombs of Crayfish Mini Mix and Crayfish Maxi Mix pellets each night and using small mesh bags of Bug boilies at the business end.
