Chris Pitt experienced the reddest of red-letter sessions during a lake exclusive on the famous Sandhurst Lake, landing two forties and seven thirties as part of a 17-fish haul!
The 38-year-old from Hereford, who was using The Bug for the first time, couldn’t believe his good fortunate, after breaking two personal bests thanks to the captures of Nige’s Fish at 42lb 9oz and the mighty common known as C Scale at 43lb 12oz.
The winning spot for Chris was a plateau at 15.5 wraps, which he baited regularly with a mixture of 8mm and 12mm Bug boilies, corn and Bug pellets, and fished over the top with either Milky Malt or Pink Peril wafters inside solid bags of Crayfish Mini Mix pellets, Bug Stick Mix and Bug Liquid Food.
