For our latest film release, we head to Wales to one of the most spectacular carp-fishing locations in the whole of the UK!

There’s an old saying that goes, ‘An Englishman’s home is his castle’, but this Englishman was a long way from home – 250 miles, in fact – when we sent him to South Wales to fish the 13th-century Caerphilly Castle.

By his own admission, Vinny Pritchard has never fished anywhere like this before, a 30-acre moat that encircles this huge castle, the second largest castle in the UK, to be precise.

Vinny is joined for the session by Ryan White, DNA team member and part of the Caerphilly & District Angling Association, which runs the fishing on the Castle.

The lads strike up a friendly rivalry between Wales and England – but who will prevail, and who will be the king of the Castle?
