SALARY: £30,000 – £35,000 a year
In the spring, DNA Baits will be taking over the reins of one of the fastest-growing coarse/match-fishing bait brands in the industry, Aquastim – and we need the right candidate to manage its media output.
Working alongside the dynamic media team at DNA Baits, the successful candidate will be charged with shaping this award-winning, ethical brand’s presence across various media channels.
The role will initially be based at the Aquastim headquarters in Goole, East Yorkshire, with the scope for hybrid working once established within the role.
🟠 Develop engaging and creative content for various media platforms, including social media, websites and other promotional materials, designed to target the coarse/match market.
🟠 Build a core unit of consultants and team members to help build awareness and push the brand forward on a national scale.
🟠 Collaborate with said consultants and team members to create content and ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
🟠 Strategise and execute social-media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
🟠 Monitor and analyse social-media metrics to optimize content and campaign performance.
🟠 Create press releases and coordinate media coverage for product launches, promotions and company events.
🟠 Create and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns with magazines.
🟠 Liaise with in-house designers to create product brochures and catalogues.
🟠 Set up potential sponsorships with teams, fisheries and influential media channels.
The ideal candidate:
⚫ A marketing all-rounder with an in-depth knowledge of the world of digital marketing.
⚫ Must possess a detailed knowledge of coarse/match fishing techniques and tactics.
⚫ Strong creative writing skills with a keen eye for visual content.
⚫ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⚫ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
⚫ Proficient in all major social-media platforms and YouTube.
⚫ Strong photography skills, with a flair for content creation.
Salary: Competitive annual salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.
