Chris Reilly hit the ground running on his new Embryo Angling Habitats syndicate, landing six fish from nine bites on his first session, the pick of the hit being a plump fully scaled mirror.
The 36-year-old from Watford had two twenties as part of his catch, having concentrated on a soft spot in open water at 15 wraps, where he fished 12mm PB pop-ups on spinner rigs amongst a regular scattering of 15mm Bug boilies.
