HOW TO KEEP YOUR BAIT FRESH FOR FRANCE
Taking freezer bait on holiday to France and keeping it fresh can be a problem, but it doesn’t need to be.
There are ways to ensure your freezer bait will last well in excess of a week, even in the height of summer, without the need to go through the laborious task and air-drying and then rehydrating at the lake.
Earlier this year, Alex Shorrock visited the hugely popular Abbey Lakes complex in France for a two-week session. For this trip, he took solely freezer boilies and absolutely decimated the normally challenging Heron Lake over the course of a week, landing two sixties and four fifties as part of a 23-fish haul.
