Luke Bayton has only been carp fishing a year, but he has clearly taken to it like a duck to water!
Opting for Secret 7 as his bait of choice eight months ago, the two of them clicked brilliantly together, achieving some great results over the course of the spring and summer.
Recently Luke joined a difficult syndicate water where some anglers regularly go full seasons without catching. Luke, however, has managed nine carp so for, all on Secret 7, and on his most recent outing was rewarded with the lake’s big girl, a 32lb 8oz mirror that goes by the name of Lucy.
“I’m mega happy with this fish and mega happy with the bait,” said Luke. “I just feel like I can’t go wrong with the Secret 7.
