MONKS CARP IN FEEDING MOOD!
Dave Gostelow’s latest trip down to the Monks Pit syndicate saw him tempt a quintet of fish over a weekend session, varying between low thirties and low twenties.
Dave found the fish in feeding mood on the Cambridgeshire syndicate, receiving his bites over five kilos of crumbed and chopped Bug and Secret 7 boilies and Crayfish Mini Mix pellets, all coated in lots of Bug Hydro Spod Syrup, Hot Hemp Oil and Sweet Cayenne Pepper.
Trimmed-down Bug Hard Hookers attached to simple blow-back rigs accounted for some lovely fish to 31lb 4oz.
