MONKS THIRTIES TRIO!
A weekend session over on the Monks Pit syndicate saw Dave Gostelow chalk up a trio of 30-pounders for his efforts.
Heavy baiting was the key to Dave’s success, with a big bed of 12mm, 15mm and 18mm Bug and SLK boilies forming the base of his approach, which he soaked in loads of Calanus Hydro, Bug Hydro Spod Syrup and Hot Hemp Oil, with a bit of particles mixed in.
Dave then fished over his baited area with snowman presentations comprising 15mm Bug Hard Hookers tipped with 12mm pink Bug Half Tones pop-ups.
