“MORNING I WILL NEVER FORGET”
Becky Sharman described the moment she set a new UK personal best this week as a morning she will never forget.
Fishing the famous Grenville Lake syndicate in Cambridgeshire, one of Becky’s rods burst into life and she went on to bag herself a PB-busting 48lb 15oz mirror.
The fish came from a spot at 100 yards, where Becky offered a 15mm Bug Corker pop-up on a doubled-over hinged stiff rig amongst 10kg of 12mm and 15mm Bug freebies.
