PIT 5’S SILVER COMMON!
Neil Wigman got through to one of the main fish on his radar whilst fishing Pit 5 on the famous A1 Pits complex ix in Nottinghamshire.
Known as the Silver Common and weighing in at 37lb 10oz, not only was this one of Neil’s main target fish but was that of many other Pit 5 regulars, as it is undoubtedly one of the best-looking fish on the venue.
The 48-year-old caught the fish from a spot at 70 yards, where he offered a PB pop-ups on a size 4 Ronnie rig over a bed of Bug freebies.
