PULLING NO PUNCHES
A three-night stint on Little Farriers saw Joel Leese overcome the weed to land four fish in total, the highlight being the Black-Eyed Common at 36lb.
“My approach was to bait up with a generous amount of particles over spots that felt relatively clear,” said Joel.
“Alongside the particle I added chopped and crushed Switch freezer baits to get them grubbing amongst the weed. Then over the top I dropped Ronnie rigs, with all three commons falling to 12mm PB pop-up, whilst the mirror came off the surface. I just love it when a plan comes together. Awesome session!”
