SWAN VALLEY RELIC – LUMPY’S MATE
The Swan Valley complex is home to some absolute relics of the Yateley carp scene, one of which graced the net of 40-year-old John Harrop during a recent two-night session.
Undoubtedly older than its captor, this original A-team mirror known as Lumpy’s Mate weighed in at 45lb 2oz and it the latest in a long line of fish to succumb to DNA already this year.
John fished with a boosted PB pop-up that he presented over a spread of Bug freebies.
