Lots of pre-baiting and a couple of very well-timed trips helped Tom Forrester get his hands on one of the finest carp Shropshire has to offer.
Tom got through more than 30kg of mixed-sized SLK boilies coated in loads of Liver Extract, mixed in with some particles, to help create spots and he reaped his rewards during two productive post-spawning trips that accounted for a string of fish, including the one he and many others wanted to catch, an amazing fully of 35lb 12oz.
