LANCASHIRE HISTORY CARP!

Alex Shorrock helped himself to a slice of Lancashire history at the weekend, landing one of the county’s oldest carp.
Residing in the historic Wyre Lake on the Wyreside complex, C Scale is said to have called this place home for the past four decades and has made many an angler’s dreams come true over that period.
This time it was Alex, who used a Secret 7-heavy mixture of crushed and whole 15mm and 18mm boilies, to which he added some 12mm Switch and a handful of 15mm Bug, which was enough to entice this relic of a carp into making a mistake.
